Hello, I'm James Heider, President of Heider Construction, Inc. Heider Construction Inc. is a family owned and operated business. It was founded in 1967 by Paul F. Heider with just a used dump truck an old backhoe. Each of Paul's six sons, his daughter and his wife all worked in the family business at one time or another, building it into what it is today. Heider Construction was officially incorporated in 1986. In January of 1997 Paul retired. Jim Heider now owns and operates the business. Many members of our family started working with Heider Construction right out of high school and have gone on to building their own individual businesses with more specialized construction services to offer. Some of our family are licensed builders in Massachusetts and can handle anything you need from adding a room or fixing a squeaky door. We have had a great deal of experience in installing underground utilities. We are experts in sewer connections, septic systems, fresh water services and drain systems. We have been serving the residents of the Merrimack Valley and surrounding towns for over forty years, and have enjoyed the many friends that we have made during that time. We were among the first in the Merrimack Valley to connect to the municipal sewer services, and become licensed to inspect, certify, build and repair private septic systems according to the latest Massachusetts Title 5 regulations. The late Philip B. Crosby once defined quality as "conformance to requirements". We think that way, and strive to deliver the level of quality that our customers require. That is why we have so many customers and friends call us back to help them redesign their property when their needs change. We remain committed to staying abreast with new technology as well as traditional methods. We enjoy working with our customers and learning from their ideas.
