Billerica Colonial Here is an old single family dwelling that was slated for replacement. The owner needed a larger house built with facilities for an in-law. We assembled our equipment and began demolition.
We took the house down and removed the old foundation. The new foundation was poured and we began bringing in the utilities and doing the rough site work. The crane arrived and the first modular section was set into place.
As we brought the modules in from our staging area the crane and factory crew assembled them.
Work continued throughout the day until all the modules were set and the actual building was complete. In the days that followed the siding was installed and all the utilities turned on. The plumbing, heating and electrical systems were connected and site work was completed.
