Building Demolition Heider Construction has the equipment and expertise to deal effectively with many demolition projects. We have done a lot of demolition for insurance companies after a fire to make the site safe and ready to rebuild. Our excavators and bucket loaders make short work out of damaged buildings, and our roll-off disposal containers haul away all the debris quickly and cleanly. The photos below show an interesting contract we had in Concord, MA. The contractor didn't want us to touch the front of the historical old house, but the rest had to go.
This was the house before we began to remove the unwanted rear section.
This job took a lot of careful planning and a delicate touch. One false move and the whole thing would have come down.
We cleaned up quickly with our dump trucks and roll-off containers and kept the mess down to a minimum. We even found an old gravestone that someone used as a chimney footing. (No, there wasn't anyone under it. We looked.)
